Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship your order within the timeline shown on the product page. Your estimated delivery date may vary based on: – The brand’s location – The delivery pin code You can view the exact delivery date for your order anytime in the ‘Orders’ section of your Bubbyland account—on the app, website or mobile site.
It's super easy to track your order! Here's how: -Head to the ‘Orders’ section in your Bubbyland account -Tap on the order you’d like to track -Tap ‘Track’ next to the item to see its latest status As soon as it ships, we’ll send you an SMS with a tracking link.
Unfortunately, we currently deliver only within India. However, we do accept most international credit cards via PayU Biz, including: • VISA • MasterCard • Diners Club • American Express (AMEX)
The package cannot be opened before accepting delivery. If there’s an issue after receiving it, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Placing a pre-order means you're buying an item that’s carefully curated from our manufacturing department just for you once your order is confirmed. Since these products are handpicked and go through specific checks, delivery may take 3 to 4 weeks, and unfortunately, we can’t fast-track these orders.
Placing a pre-order means you're purchasing an item that isn't ready for immediate dispatch. These specially curated products are handpicked and sourced from our own manufacturing process, which is why delivery may take a bit longer—usually around 3 to 4 weeks.
Your order was returned to us. Here’s why it may have happened:-
The package was damaged during transit.
The delivery was refused by the recipient.
The address provided was incorrect — always double-check before placing an order.
No one was available to accept the order after multiple delivery attempts. Unfortunately, we cannot re-deliver orders once they’re returned to our fulfilment centre.
If you’ve already paid — a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. You’ll also get an SMS confirmation once it's done.
Feel free to place a fresh order for the same or a similar item, depending on stock availability.
If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ or you’ve received a delivery confirmation SMS, but the package hasn’t reached you:
1. Check around – A neighbour, family member, building security, or your house help might have accepted it for you.
2. Still can’t locate it? – Reach out to us within 5 days of the delivery status. For further assistance. [Call us] or [Email us].
If you are unavailable when our courier partner attempts delivery, our courier partner likely tried to contact you via SMS, call, or WhatsApp. You can also request a reattempt or share delivery feedback by clicking on the ‘Track ’ option, which is available under the ‘Orders’ in your Bubbyland account. Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the package will be returned to our fulfilment centre, and if you’ve paid online, your refund will be processed back to your bank account within 3-5 working days. It will appear under the name of Hopscotch. Unfortunately, we cannot redeliver the same shipment—but you’re welcome to place a new order for the same or a similar item based on availability.

Our courier partners follow fixed delivery routes, so scheduling a specific delivery time isn’t possible.
We offer express delivery in select locations. Just enter your pin code on the product page to check availability and delivery timelines. Note: Once an order is placed, we won't be able to speed up delivery beyond the estimated date shown.
