Returns & Exchange
Once a product is out of stock, we cannot process an exchange. However, you can initiate a return for the item.
If your area isn't serviceable for pick-up, please self-ship the product to the following address:

Ensure the product is unused and unwashed along with all original tags intact. Also, include both the order and tax invoices in the package. Once we receive the return, we will refund the product amount and reimburse the shipping cost (up to ₹250). Simply upload a clear image of the courier receipt along with your order details to varshuapparelspvtltd@gmail.com.
We initiate the refund once the quality check is confirmed by our courier partners.
If you've selected the UPI or wallet, the amount will reflect in your account under 3-5 working days.
For online bank transfers, the refund will appear in your account within 3–5 working days under the name 'Bubbyland' on your bank statement.
If you've changed your mind about a return or exchange, you can cancel it by informing the courier executive at the time of pickup.

Raising an exchange request is simple:
1. Log in to your Bubbyland account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the order and tap on exchange
4. Select the item you want to exchange and fill in the required details You’ll receive a confirmation via email and SMS. Most items can be exchanged within 7 days.
Important: An exchange is a direct, item-for-item process—your return is picked up and the new item is delivered at the same time. Do not hand over any product without an active exchange request. Want to check if your item qualifies? Head to your Orders.
Most items can be return or exchanged within 7 days, with a few exceptions.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all labels, tags, boxes, and protective coverings. Please note: Products marked as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged item or one that doesn’t match the description, we’ll gladly exchange it. If an exchange isn’t possible, you can return the item, and we’ll refund the product amount (excluding shipping and convenience fees) after our warehouse completes the investigation.
To check your pickup status, go to the ‘Orders’ section in your Bubbyland account. Select the relevant order and tap on ‘Track’ to view the latest pickup updates, the same shall be communicated via SMS, Whatsapp.
