We initiate the refund once the quality check is confirmed by our courier partners. Paid Online - Your refund will go straight back to your original payment method in 3-5 working days and show up as ‘Bubbyland’ on your bank statement.

The COD fee is a minimal handling charge for pay-on-delivery orders. While it's not refundable in case of cancellations or returns, it won't be charged if your order isn't delivered. For a smoother experience, opt for prepaid payments and skip the fee altogether.

Your order was not processed as we did not receive a confirmation from the payment gateway.
